Federation Centres deploys WiFi

Federation Centres deploys the latest generation Wi-Fi to their new Corporate Office.

Federation Centre  Corporate Office relocation was the perfect opportunity to update outdated wireless systems. After considering different  options they selected the Ruckus Wireless Zoneflex system for their new 35 Collins St offices.

The new system will allow high speed wireless network connectivity for Federation Centre staff and guests laptops, smartphones and tablets.

The system is deployed across  two floors in 35 Collins St and one floor at 55 Collins St with these adjacent   buildings  connected via a high speed Ruckus Wireless 7731 point to point bridge.

Dual Zoneflex 1100 controllers in a redundant configuration support the corporate users  by providing authentication services to the corporate network.  The  top of the line Ruckus Wireless 7982 indoor access points were selected due to their high performance and slick low visual impact design.

The system has been commissioned and it is in full operation.
